If we’re still in momentum and you want to keep going, we can extend into a continued coaching rhythm (monthly, bi-weekly, or custom support). Many clients stay on for continued partnership as they evolve through the next phase of growth. It’s totally up to you.

No problem—honestly, I don’t believe most early-stage business owners need a traditional business plan. Startups thrive when they stay lean, agile, and responsive. Instead of spending months mapping out a hypothetical plan, we’ll focus on real momentum. I use a 1-year and 3-year vision framework (from my Root to Rise process) to guide strategy, simplify decision-making, and build from a place of clarity—not guesswork. Life happens. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside that window are non-refundable (except in true emergencies—flu counts). Everything else is outlined in the Coaching Agreement, but the short version: clear expectations, mutual respect, and good vibes only.
